We had water damage that another company took care of. We were not satisfied so we called SERVPRO of Bend to check the work of the other company. We were so impressed with their diligence, we hired them to do the repairs.

I never really understood how the whole insurance repair thing worked. The message I got was "trust me- it will be okay". So I did and it was. Nice work!

All repairs were discussed openly and we steered clear of any problems. Timeliness were exact adn delays were avoided. Working with the office staff  and contractors gave us a lot of comfort. They treated our project as if it was their own house.
