During the restoration process at our home, your technician identified rodent activity in our crawlspace. We appreciated the tactful manner in which he communicated this issue to us, as not to add any undue stress to our mother.

Our house flooded with sewage while we were on vacation. The damage was extensive. We had ceilings down, hardwood buckled and a disgusting odor from the sewage permeating throughout our house. Our Insurance carrier recommended SERVPRO and we were not disappointed.

Though the situation was dire, they made us feel like it was going to be okay. There employees were professional, attentive, and considerate of our needs.

Because our initial experience was so good, we also had them do the reconstruction of the damaged materials. Again, we weren't disappointed. Best of all, the results are beautiful. The house looks better than it did before.

My crawlspace flooded and the existing plastic vapor barrier was cut in numerous places (by a different contractor) to allow the water to drain. I contacted SERVPRO to remove the old vapor barrier and install a new one. They promptly provided a fair quote and quickly scheduled the work. When they arrived at my house, the team did a good job of ensuring there was no mess inside my house. They did a great job of removing the old vapor barrier and installing a new one per code and even took pictures of various heating duct issues that required attention. These guys are great and I would definitely recommend using them.
