Mold in Bathroom Floor Causes Damage, Redmond Oregon

SERVPRO of Bend was called out to a home in Redmond, OR. The homeowner reported that the floor was "spongy" and the bathroom was smelling of mildew.

SERVPRO of Bend's certified water and mold team went out to investigate. They found that the bathroom floor was damaged to the point that the toilet was practically breaking through the sub floor material.

SERVPRO of Bend removed all of the affected material and applied an environmentally safe antimicrobial to IICRC standards.
