Bedroom Mold Before and After

A new house in a prominent neighborhood in the Northwest Crossing neighborhood of Bend, OR was damaged by a broken pipe in the landscaping sprinkler system. Since it was buried, the pipe was never repaired. The water continued to spray the outside of the bedroom, causing microbial growth inside. SERVPRO of Bend was asked to come out and assess the damage. After using an infrared camera and multiple meters, we were able to determine that the water was coming from the broken sprinkler, beneath the ground. SERVPRO of Bend removed the affected material and provided a mold remediation that clearly passed the air quality test of the on-site Industrial Hygienist.
