Ceiling Water Damage Before and After

The ceiling of this older, resort cabin was affected by a broken toilet above the affected area. The game room was where the primary loss occurred. SERVPRO of Bend was able to salvage all of the gaming equipment in the room but had to wait to get clearance before removing any material. The ceiling panels were from the 1960's so there was a heightened concern that they may contain asbestos. Once the tests came back negative, SERVPRO of Bend was called out to asses the damage. After thoroughly explaining how we would take care of the damage, the property owner hired us to mitigate and convert the ceiling from tiles to finished drywall.
