Residential Water Loss

This older home suffered a broken pipe during a winter freeze. Due to the remote location of the property, the project manager had to be extremely strategic about calculating how much equipment and supplies would be needed for the job. Fortunately, SERVPRO of Bend has a 25' box truck so loading it up with supplies needed for the job really helped the team in the field. Spaced heaters and temporary electric was required to get the mitigation started.

Fortunately, SERVPRO of Bend was able to help and worked with the insurance provider to line up some subcontractors local to the area to assist.
