SERVPRO of Bend was called out to a manufacturing plant when it was reported that water was leaking from above into one of the clean rooms used to refine the wood products that were being manufactured.

Due to the sensitivity of the manufacturing process, the manufacturing General Manager asked if we could, at all possible not remove any material from the clean room.

SERVPRO of Bend's water team found that the source of the water was a clogged cooling unit above the clean room. SERVPRO of Bend Technicians extracted water from above and then had to get creative with the drying, per the GM's request.

The result was to tent the affected area from above with plastic and create a "drying chamber." This enabled the drying equipment to focus just on the affected material, while preserving the clean room environment.

The GM was very pleased that SERVPRO of Bend was able to dry the area with no interruption to production.
