Employee Safety

At SERVPRO of Bend, Safety is always the first priority on every job. Not only for the property owners but also for our crew.

SERVPRO of Bend has a monthly safety meeting to ensure that all employees are on the same page when it comes to how to properly wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Each department, on a daily basis also has a Work In Progress (WIP) meeting to discuss any possible hazards or other items that may stifle each job.

Our technicians are consistently updating their knowledge of how to perform the best quality job with the least amount of interruption to the property.
