Wood Floor Water Damage Before and After

A broken pipe beneath the sink caused extensive damage to this two-story home. An ice dam formed outside of the kitchen eve. The constant change in weather enabled the water to penetrate the outside wall, creating an ice dam within the wall cavity and freezing the pipes. The finished wood floors in the kitchen and leading down the hall to a bedroom were especially affected. SERVPRO of Bend was asked to come out and remove the affected materials. After thoroughly drying the affected rooms, SERVPRO of Bend did a complete kitchen remodel, which included new hardwood floors throughout the 2nd floor.
