Kitchen Water Damage Rebuild

The central heating unit broke in this resort home located in the small town of Silver Lake, OR. The loss of heat caused multiple pipes in the house to freeze, affecting multiple rooms, including the kitchen and approximately three feet of standing water in the crawlspace. SERVPRO of Bend was called out to remove the affected materials and dry the area. Due to the location of the property, careful planning was required to ensure that our team had all of their supplies on site at all times.

The property owner was extremely pleased with our employees professionalism, he asked if we could rebuild his Kitchen to what he had always wanted. The Kitchen was remodeled and the property owner was extremely pleased with the results.
