Water Damage in Commercial Warehouse Store Room
SERVPRO of Bend was called to check on some moisture that was detected in a small store room of a commercial manufacturing building in Bend. The owner of the building sensed a fowl smell in the closet and had concerns since their primary manufacturing components were wood.
After using the infrared camera, the technicians found that water from the cooling unit was dripping down the wall and accumulating at the base of the closet.
SERVPRO of Bend drained the cooling unit and then flood cut the walls that were affected. After drying the area for two days, the walls were tested again for any residual moisture. No moisture was detected.
