This house had a water lost and upon further investigation, our water technicians found mold. Rather that tackle the job immediately, the first technician on site felt that this was going to be something that our certified mold team should take a look at.

Our mold team went out to find that, although there was a large amount of microbial growth, the area was dry. That meant that the likelihood of the microbial growth germinating was minimized.

Our mold team felt that applying a mold stain remover would be adequate. The result was the mold staining being removed and the homeowner very happy with the result.
